‘Carmen’ at Oper Stuttgart

Pumeza Matshikiza returns to Oper Stuttgart this fall, to reprise her portrayal of Micaëla in Bizet’s ‘Carmen.’ Performances take place September 25, October 2 & 15, and November 25, and feature Ramona Zaharia in the title role, Matthias Klink as Don José, and Bogdan Baciu as Escamillo. Maestro Modestas Pitrenas leads the Staatsorchester Stuttgart, for this Sebastian Nübling-directed production.
